Is it better to use a solicitor in case things get tricky?

In my experience a specialised conveyancer does a far better job than a solicitor as solicitors are usually in court with other matters and leave the conveyancing to their assistants. Overall it doesn't matter if you use a solicitor or conveyancer, as long as they know what they are doing! We have a page with the contact details of the conveyancers we recommend.
