The annual HR survey highlights the best companies to work for in Australia based on ratings from employees themselves. All up, Home Loan Experts took out wins in:

Why did we win?

As part of the survey, our employees were asked a range of questions, from their satisfaction with current remuneration, to leadership effectiveness within the organisation.

Home Loan Experts managing director Otto Dargan believes the main driver for the company’s success in employee satisfaction has to do with our office culture.
