We stumbled upon Home Loan Experts because we saw the logo on the today show. We had already started the process with our own bank who we had been customers for over 20yrs. Let's just say the stress of the whole process was becoming unbearable to deal with and this was not our first home loan with that bank. We went onto home loan expert's website and had a look around to see what was on offer. Instantly we decided to chat in the bottom right corner and was greeted by Prabesh...THE END... lol
No seriously the instant chat with Prabesh was a lifeline for us. The amount of knowledge, the friendly approach the caring and passion he has for his work was immense. Instantly we knew this was a turning point in deciding to leave our bank and source help elsewhere. We have never looked back since. We have not only had the wonderful pleasure of working with Prabesh we also had the amazing Ayush right by our side. We were lucky enough to forward everything we had already from our bank to Prabesh and within a week we had preapproval for our Contruction loan. We were 4 weeks in with our actual bank and still nothing close to what we got with Prabesh. But wow, why did we not reach out sooner. Comparing what we already went through with a bank we trusted to now working with a broker we can't rave enough about, the exceptional service we received, the ongoing communication, the timely manner and just the experience in a whole was truly humbling. Anyone else we crossed paths with at Home Loan Experts were all very warm and friendly, and they genuinely cared. I could go on and on but until you actually reach out yourself this is the push you need.
