Samir and Anish were the BEST. They were ALWAYS available, clarified all my questions and guided me through all the steps with patience and good understanding that, in the stressful situation of buying a first home on their own, one needs clarification and reassurance. I was feeling really bad with how some of the professionals I met in the process are capable of treating their clients - by taking us for granted in a time when buyers are desperate because of the housing crisis, and being plain rude, dismissive and careless -. I felt such a relief when I found Samir!

I talked to other brokers, but Anish and Samir were the only ones asking me about specific bank transactions and going through all statements in detail - which is the only reason why my loan application was approved -, and that is to say that they treated me like a human being, who makes financial decisions for reasons, which, when properly analysed, make the bank understand where I'm coming from and where I'm heading.
